ROBERT E. KELLY
Robert E. Kelly, Jr. is of counsel in the law firm of Kelly, Parker & Cohen LLP and practices in the areas of administrative and civil litigation, with particular emphasis on insurance industry litigation, appellate practice, personal injury defense, commercial litigation, dealership and franchise litigation, employment law, and professional liability. He is a member of the Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, Antitrust Law, Tort and Insurance Practice and Litigation Sections and the Forum on Franchising of the American Bar Association. Mr. Kelly is also a member of the Administrative Law, Labor and Employment Law and Civil Litigation Sections and the Judicial Selection and Administration and Professional Liability Committees of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also belongs to the Dauphin County Bar Association, and is a member of its Court of Rules Committee, the Federal Bar Association, the James S. Bowman Inn of the American Inns of Court (past president) and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute (past president) A former Deputy Attorney General, he is a 1975 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and a summa cum laude graduate of Siena College in 1972. Mr. Kelly has been recognized annually in the Woodward White Best Lawyers in America publication in the area of Insurance Law since 2006. Mr. Kelly has been a member of the Board of Directors of Central Penn College since 2013, and is currently the Vice Chair of the Board.
