Biography

Bryan M. McQuillan's practice is focused on criminal defense, DUI and motor vehicle violations as well as drug offenses, juvenile, and personal injury matters. Bryan received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Communication degree from The Ohio University in 1996 prior to graduating from The Widener University School of Law earning a Juris Doctor. Prior to opening his own practice in 2009, Mr. McQuillan was a partner in the Harrisburg law firm of Mancke, Wagner, Spreha & McQuillan. Before that, he was chief deputy public defender of Dauphin County.  Mr. McQuillan joined Kelly, Parker & Cohen, LLP in 2017.

Mr. McQuillan is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) as well as a graduate from the National Criminal Defense Trial School located at Mercer Law School in Macon, GA. Bryan has lectured at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in Hershey, PA in the areas of criminal defense, criminal procedure, and search and seizure law. He also has been a guest to lecture at The Widener University School of Law in the area of trial advocacy. Furthermore, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Dauphin and Cumberland County Bar Associations.
