ANTHONY W. PARKER
Anthony W. Parker is a partner in the law firm of Kelly, Parker & Cohen LLP and practices in the areas of administrative and civil litigation, with particular emphasis on personal injury, immigration matters and workers’ compensation. He has authored and conducted seminars on the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Act. He is a member of the Dauphin County, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar associations. He is a 1997 graduate of the Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University (B.A.). He is an experienced attorney who served as a law clerk in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry (Workers’ Compensation), as well as in the Office of General Counsel for the Governor of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Parker was a legal intern in the office of then U. S. Representative Thomas J. Ridge, former Governor of Pennsylvania and Director of National Homeland Security.
